1. About Zoozilance

Zoozilance is a pet care platform that connects pet owners with veterinary clinics, allowing users to manage their pets and book appointments online. The app is operated by Vladyslav Andrieiev (individual entrepreneur, Ukraine). Contact: hello@zoozilance.com

2. Information We Collect

We collect only the information necessary to provide our service:

• Account data: email address, full name
• Pet data: name, species, breed, weight, date of birth, avatar photo
• Appointment data: selected clinic, service, date and time, owner notes
• Photos: images you voluntarily upload as pet or profile avatars
• Sign-in data: if you use Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In, we receive your name and email from those providers

We do not collect location data, payment information, or device identifiers. We do not run advertising or behavioral analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To display your pets and appointment history
• To send your booking requests to veterinary clinics
• To allow clinics to confirm or reject appointments

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data is stored on Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the EU West region (Ireland, AWS eu-west-1). Supabase is GDPR-compliant. Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest. Uploaded photos are stored in Supabase Storage with access controlled by our security policies.

6. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Object to or restrict processing of your data
• Data portability

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and pet records are permanently deleted within 30 days. Appointment records may be retained for a short period for legal compliance purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

Zoozilance is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
